Resistance Bands

Our consumers at CPC's Aberbeen Counseling Center are working on improving their physical health with light stretching and muscle strengthening. They are in need of resistance bands for their workouts. The cost is $4.99/piece. Food Donations to ACC's Adult Nutrition Program

CPC has an ongoing food drive to support the Adult Nutrition Program at the Aberdeen Counseling Center. The program provides approximately 2,000 meals per month to 150 clients in the program. We rely on donations from the Food Bank, individuals and groups. Non-perishable food items and paper goods are always needed. Our wish list includes:
