CPC Behavioral Healthcare provides programs to the Monmouth County Family Court. Project ACT (Adolescent Court Treatment) provides evaluation and counseling services to youth involved with the Family Court System.

The goal of this program is to assess the behavioral health needs of the adolescent and provide brief treatment while in the Youth Detention Center.

Services include:
  • Individual and Group Counseling
  • Substance Abuse Evaluations
  • Psychiatric Evaluations
  • Crisis Evaluation and Stabilization
  • Retention and Placement Evaluations
  • Substance Abuse Education
  • Anger Management Groups

Juveniles must be referred directly by Family Court Judges, Juvenile Probation Officers, Youth Detention Center (YDC) staff or local Juvenile Conference Committees for these grant-funded services. The program is held on-site at the Youth Detention Center in Freehold.
