• An  800 number for employees to call 24 hours
• Face to face appointments with a licensed therapist
• Appointment for all employees within 48 hours (employees schedule pending)
• Management Consultation
• Magnets
• Quarterly Utilization Reports
• Quarterly Newsletter
• Formal referrals (not FFD's)
• 1 Employee Orientation
• 1 Supervisory Orientation
